A request for a certificate covering today's date only, for your own illness, for work or study. Your clinician reviews your details and screening responses. Single-day certificates are emailed following clinician review, where clinically appropriate. You may be contacted if further information or a consultation is required. Depending on your circumstances, your clinician may instead offer advice, recommend a GP review or a consultation, or advise that no certificate is warranted.

  3. Clinician Review

    A clinician reviews your request and payment confirmation. Single-day certificates are emailed following clinician review, where clinically appropriate. You may be contacted if further information or a consultation is required.

  4. Receive Your Certificate

    If a certificate is clinically appropriate, it is emailed to you. It is a legally valid medical certificate issued by an AHPRA-registered clinician. If a certificate is not appropriate, your clinician will contact you and may recommend a consultation.
